RESORTS POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please read and understand the resort policy and rules before making your reservation to better understand our resort and make your holiday more pleasurable. Any clarification of the policy must be done at the time of booking, not at the resort.
- The total booking member count should not be lower at the time of check-in. If this is the case, you will be required to pay the full booking amount at the time of check-in. Only then will we consider your check-in. Please double-check the member count before making the advance payment.
- It is important that you save Google Maps offline.
- There are no signboards on the way, and you are requested to strictly follow the maps.
- You can access free WI-FI at the reception and dining areas. As we are in a forest area, if there are any line problems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, which may take a long time to be fixed.
- Mud Road starts about 0.5 km away from the resort. On following the road, you would reach Rottikkallu Resort, after which the guests have to take an immediate left and cross two small, narrow bridges to reach the resort.
- speed limit of 40 kmph in the village area.
- Inside the resort, there are no mobile networks. For emergencies, the resort has installed a mobile signal booster that provides a respectable signal strength in the reception area.
- Please share all the members valid government ID proof and mobile numbers. Voters ID/Adhar/DL
- The area is a plastic-free zone; plastic brought in by customers will have to be taken back from there. "NO PLASTIC DISPOSAL" .
- For playing cricket, please carry a cricket ball.
- The balance payment should be cleared at the time of check-in.
BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND CHECK-IN
- To confirm your booking, kindly deposit 50% of the total estimated amount into our account and share the screenshot.
- Check-in time is 12.30pm And check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Balance amount should be cleared at the time of check in.

- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- GST will be charged extra
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 15 days prior to the check-in date, 100 percent of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- Between 7 and 15 days prior to the check-in date, 50 percent of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
- There is no refund for cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date.
- Token advances are not refunded.
- The total booking member count should not be lower at the time of check-in. If this is the case, you will be required to pay the full booking amount at the time of check-in. Only then will we consider your check-in. Please double-check the member count before making the advance payment..
- Early check-in would be subject to the availability of rooms and cannot be guaranteed.
- Reduction of the booked duration is not permitted, and it will be charged fully.
- Rescheduling the booking is not possible once you have confirmed it.
KIDS TARIFF POLICY
- Between 5 and 10 years, 50% of the tariff
- Above 10 years, 100% of the tariff
- Please carry kids valid age proof to avail the Discount
GENERAL POLICY
- Hot water will be available 24 hours a day if there is electric city power. In case of a power cut, the resort has power backup facilities from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Please carry your personal kit (shorts, sunglasses, sandals, camera, swim clothes, trekking shoes, etc.). The guests have to carry their own routine medicines before leaving your location.
- As we are located remotely from the nearest town (25 km), please carry your own liquor, cigarettes, snacks, and soft drinks. Biscuits and any special drinks like Horlicks, Boost, etc. for kids.
- After 8pm we don't take check-in.
- In rainy season for trekking and roam around nearby in resort please carry all necessary things like umbrella, rain shoes, rain coat etc.
DINING AND BUFFET POLICY
- Breakfast 8.30 AM to 10:00 AM,
- Lunch 1.30 PM to 3:30 PM,
- Dinner: 8.30 PM to 10:30 PM
- There will be an unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet.
- Buffet food items cannot be taken outside the dining hall.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the dining hall.
- Food will be served only in the dining area.
- Food shall be provided for the drivers accompanying guests at a rate of Rs. 800 for three meals.
ROOMS POLICY
- Rooms are in an elevated area with a lot of stairs; if elderly guests are in your group, please mention that at the time of booking. ALLOCATED ROOMS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE ONCE CONFIRMED.
- Check-in time is 12.30pm And check-out time is 10 a.m.
- Rooms will be allotted as per availability for the group booking. Adjacent rooms will not be guarantied.
- Food and beverages Room service is not available.
- There is no TV, AC, WI-FI, or intercom facility in our rooms.
- Consumption of food or liquor and smoking are not permitted inside the rooms, balconies, or tents.
- We don't provide bath towels or toiletry kits. as we have laundry issues and don't want to spoil nature by disposing of used soaps and tooth pastes. Please carry all necessary items and inform your group members.

- We have two categories of accommodations: rooms with balconies and rooms without balconies. These rooms are for 4 or 6 people, with one attached bathroom.
- For larger groups staying in the above accommodations using extra beds, upfront discounts are already provided for the use of the common amenities of the room. Please share this information with all group members.
- All amenities, room size, etc. are viewable in the video sent to your WhatsApp. It's not possible to change rooms at the time of check-in.
- Kindly read and understand the resort policy and rules before making the booking. Any clarification of the policy has to be done at the time of booking, not at the resort.
MUSIC AND Campfire POLICY
- We avoid playing loud music as it might disturb the wild life.
- Music will be shut down strictly at 10:00 p.m. The resort shall arrange for a campfire, which will be common for all guests.
- Music is only permitted from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Playing your own music in the room, balcony, or common area is strictly not allowed.
- All snacks ordered during the campfire are charged. Orders should be placed before 4 p.m. Later orders will be delayed up to an hour as our cooks will be busy with dinner arrangements. The last order will be at 9.00 p.m.
- Liquor Prohibited.
SWIMMING POOL USAGE POLICY
- A Chlorine-Free Experience, We fill the pool with fresh, flowing water from a stream every day; hence, the pool will not have the color of a regular swimming pool. Remember that organic water can become greenish depending on algae (although it’s still perfectly safe for swimming).
- A proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.
- Timings 11.00am to 7.00pm
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
- Diving is strictly prohibited, as it can lead to injury.
- The pool is only for swimming; any other fun play in the pool should be avoided.
- Chewing tobacco, pan masala, etc., smoking or drinking alcohol, and spitting are all strictly prohibited on pool property.
- After consuming alcohol strictly, we don't allow the use of swimming pools.
- After playing mud volleyball, swimming pool entry is strictly restricted.
- The pool is closed for maintenance on Wednesdays.
PET POLICY
- Guests shall bear complete responsibility for the behavior of their pets.
- Pets should be kept on leashes and accompanied by their owners at all times while moving around the resort.
- Guests must carry food for their pets; otherwise, it will be charged extra.
- Pets are not allowed in the dining area, kids play area, dance floor, or swimming pool.
- Guests must clean up after their pet's poop and dispose of it properly.
- Please be considerate towards other guests who are scared of dogs.
